The InterContinental Pattaya Resort sits on a lush hillside overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. This five‑star retreat blends tropical gardens, elegant design, and warm Thai hospitality. It’s perfect for a family holiday in Pattaya or a romantic coastal escape.
🛏️ Our Stay – 2 Queen Classic Garden View Room
We stayed in the Classic Garden View Room with two Queen beds. It was spacious, peaceful, and beautifully styled.
Room highlights:
- 🌿 Private furnished balcony with tropical garden views
- 🛌 Two plush Queen beds with premium linens and blackout curtains
- 🚿 Bathroom with separate bathtub and rain shower
- 🧴 Byredo toiletries for a spa‑like touch
- 📺 Flat‑screen TV, minibar, and complimentary TWG tea & coffee
The wooden furnishings and local fabrics gave the room a warm, authentic feel. Waking up to the sound of birds in the garden was a joy.

🍽️ Dining & Drinks
We didn’t have breakfast at the InterContinental Pattaya Resort. Nonetheless, we explored the dining options. We found plenty to tempt us.
- 🍝 Infiniti Restaurant – Mediterranean dishes with panoramic ocean views
- 🍛 Elements Restaurant – Thai and international favourites in a relaxed setting
- 🍸 Latitude by the Beach – cocktails and light bites served with a sea breeze
💳 IHG One Rewards Dining Privileges If you’re an IHG One Rewards member, you can enjoy up to 20% off food and non‑alcoholic drinks at the resort’s restaurants. This includes Elements and Infiniti. You’ll also earn 100 IHG One Rewards points for every USD $10 spent. These points can be redeemed for free stays. You can also redeem them for dining or other rewards. Kids under 12 eat free with a paying adult, making it even more appealing for families.
Even without trying every venue, it’s clear the resort caters to a wide range of tastes. From fresh seafood to international comfort food, there’s something for both families and couples looking for variety during their stay.
